Spelunking - We had a great weekend on our Spelunking Trip to Worley's cave in Tennessee. Yes, it was a bit chilly on Friday evening (the temp was around 20) and the cave was a warm 50 something on Saturday!
Many thanks to the adults and drivers accompanying us on the trip: Jim Perison, Mike Warner, David Jacobius, David Baummer, Matt Zimmermann, Stan Gordon, Mac McCormick, Bill Brewer and Jay Harmel.
December Trip - Our next Troop camping trip will be our Intro to Cold Weather Camping at Stone Mountain State Park on December 15-16.
The Program Patrol will be presenting programs on cold weater clothing, cooking and gear over the next few weeks. If you are planning to join the Troop on this trip you need to attend these meetings.
A cold weather camping experience (like our December trip) is required if you plan to participate in the Snow Camping trip in January.
