District Note: PDACL Update / BS RT Topics (Friday, April 18, 2008)

TO PIEDMONT DISTRICT SCOUTERS:

Piedmont District Advancement Camporee and Looparama Update
(The event formerly known as EXPO)

Entrepreneurship Merit Badge has been cancelled - Electricity Merit Badge has been added.
 
The Merit Badge/Blue Card recording process has been changed for this year.  Scoutmasters will not receive the merit badge information for their Scouts before they leave the event this year since we will post this information on the council website.
 
An e-mail will be sent following the event with a link to the merit badge information.  It may take one or two business days to post the information on the website.

The Boy Scout Roundtable Staff is now taking suggestions for roundtable topics/presentations for the 2008 - 2009 Boy Scout Round Table season.  

Please submit your suggestions to David Curtis, Boy Scout Round Table Commissioner at dcurtis12@triad.rr.com.   We will take suggestions until April 30, at which point the selections will be made, and the 2008 - 2009 Boy Scout Roundtable Schedule will be published the first week in May.  Your ideas are greatly appreciated.
